Enhance Your Enor Experience: Upgrade Your Verification Level

By upgrading your verification level, you will gain access to additional features such as deposits and withdrawals of listed cryptocurrencies, Exchange Trading, and the Enor OTC market. Enor adopts a verification process aligned with international laws (FATF/OFAC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations.

Enor adopts a verification process aligned with international laws (FATF/OFAC) and AML, KYC, and CTF regulations. The verification process may take up to 48 hours, varying based on public interest and the nature of the request. To complete verification, access the corresponding section in your Enor account.
Individual Account: For individual professionals and traders seeking a wide range of security tokens for investment.

Business Account: Companies that operate directly, without intermediating end clients and with lower transaction volume.

Institutional Account: Companies that operate with end clients, acting as financial intermediaries (e.g., fintechs, PSPs, brokerages) and with higher transaction volume.
Level 1: Up to USD 2,500/month — Email, phone, ID document, proof of address, and Facial ID.
Level 2: Up to USD 10,000/month — Same documents + income proof.
Level 3: Up to USD 50,000/month — Full KYC with documentation, Facial ID, and income proof.
Level 4: Customized — Full KYC with personalized analysis.

Withdrawal fee: 0.1% at all levels.
Level 1: Up to USD 50,000/month — Corporate documents and administrator's personal documents.
Level 2: Up to USD 250,000/month — Corporate documents and administrator's personal documents.
Level 3: Up to USD 1,000,000/month — Full KYC with documentation, Facial ID, and income proof.
Level 4: Customized — Full KYC with personalized analysis.

Withdrawal fee: 0.1% at all levels.
1. Personal Identification Document: Issued within the last 10 years. Can be a passport, photo ID, or driver's license. Submit front and back.

2. Proof of Residence: Issued within the last 90 days. Can be in your name or with a notarized residence declaration.

3. Facial ID: Additional process to ensure security.
To create a corporate account on Enor Securities, you must first have created a personal account that is already verified and approved. After that, access the corporate account section and follow the form filling guide.
Send your income proof to [email protected] including your registration data and the desired value/level. The Compliance team will analyze your request within 5 business days. Accepted documents: Tax Return, last 3 months' payslips, bank statements, articles of incorporation with declared salary, or accounting statement.
If any document is not approved, the Compliance team will inform the reason and present solutions. Private matters are not handled through open channels or social media. No employee will contact you directly — if this happens, report to [email protected].
Two-factor authentication is a verification method that adds a second level of security. At Enor, we use Google Authenticator, which generates a unique six to eight digit password for withdrawal confirmations, password changes, API key creation, and logins.

3. Select "Two-factor authentication (2FA)" and click "Enable"
4. Confirm and click "NEXT"
5. Enter the 6-digit code sent by email
6. Scan the QR Code with Google Authenticator and enter the numeric code
7. Done! 2FA is enabled.
If you lost your phone or access to Google Authenticator, you will need to disable 2FA to redo the process. Contact [email protected] for assistance with resetting 2FA.
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Disable 2FA", including: registration email, phone number, ID document number. Attach a video showing your face with the disabling declaration and a selfie photo with your personal document.
Try to recover your password through the link: Recover Password. If you can't, send a screenshot of the error to [email protected].
To check accepted cryptocurrencies, access "MARKETS" in the top menu of the homepage. There you will find all available coins with filters to adjust your search.

Important: Make sure the address is correct before making the transaction. Network fees are the user's responsibility. There are no fees for crypto deposits on Enor.

Note: Your verification level will determine the available monthly withdrawal limit.

The withdrawal operation takes up to 72 business hours to complete. Transaction fees are automatically deducted from the amount. You can track the status through the Enor Platform and will receive the Service Invoice at your registered email.
No. Withdrawals must be made to accounts and/or wallets registered on the Platform, always in the account holder's name.
For amounts above USD 20,000, per our cybersecurity policy, we perform additional validation to ensure the authenticity of the request. During this process, the request will be temporarily blocked until confirmation.
Cryptocurrencies:
• BTC: Minimum 0.004 — Fee 0.0005 (Bitcoin network)
• ETH: Minimum 0.05 — Fee 0.006 (Ethereum network)
• USDT: Minimum 50 — Fee 5 (Ethereum network)

Fiat Currency: 1% fee for all levels.

Instant Trade allows you to trade assets efficiently, leveraging Enor's treasury liquidity. The mechanism automatically calculates the price based on volume, costs, liquidity, and best offer. The quote is valid for 10 seconds — during this period, Enor is responsible for volatility. Spreads and fees are flexible and configurable. The system operates 24/7 with uptime above 99%.

Spot Trading is the direct buying and selling of financial assets with immediate delivery, at the current market price (spot price). There are two types of orders:

Market Order: Immediate execution at the best available price. Prioritizes speed.

Limit Order: Execution only when the asset reaches the defined price. Prioritizes price control.

To trade, click "SPOT TRADING" in the top menu.
Staking is when you lock your cryptocurrency as collateral to help operate a blockchain network. Participants (stakers) are rewarded for contributing to network security, without the need to solve complex problems like in traditional mining.

An Initial Offering is a way to raise funds for a new blockchain-based project. Investors buy tokens with established currencies (like Bitcoin or Ethereum). These tokens may represent a stake in the project or provide access to specific services. Primary offering launches do not charge fees.
All token projects undergo rigorous auditing before being listed. Enor validates the existence and veracity of projects, but does not assume responsibility for rewards, returns, or associated risks — these aspects are the Issuer's responsibility. Before acquiring an asset, read the Relevant Information Document.
